Nobel Executive Center

Client: CBRE

Sign Designer: Clear Sign

Curb appeal matters. Branding and this way your property stands out from the crowd is critical in a competitive commercial market. Class-A office space in San Diego is a treacherous space. Lots of positioning for space, amenities, accessibility, visibility and location. This is a concept property management company CBRE knows all too well.

For the last 113 years CBRE has been a major player in the commercial real estate and property management arena. With over $13B in assets they know first-hand the ROI generated when you freshen an aging property for better curb appeal and richer signage.

Nobel Executive Center is a Class-A, six-story, multi-tenant office building located in University Town Center San Diego. On-site amenities include fitness center, showers and lockers, coffee cart, property management and state of the art electronic management and security systems. Nobel Executive Center is an energy star rated building and the 5-time winner of the prestigious TOBY award.

Although the original signage had been updated about 13 years prior it was showing its age against the competitive landscape. So without haste, the team at CBRE contracted Clear Sign on a design build basis to cover the existing large precast concrete monument sections with modern materials and lighting products.

This combination of rich color, modern typeface, brushed metal, geometric patterns and layered dimension work together to bring new life to the tired and aging intersection. This exterior signage now better matches the richness of the building and will command more attention for their tenants. An investment in them, as much as it is for the property as a whole.
